The pension fund was created in 1956 and is based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. It is open to all employees of Georg Fischer Ltd and its affiliated companies.
Board of Trustees
According to the foundation deed, the Board of Trustees consists of ten members, half of whom are from the employee side and half from the employer side. The term of office is four years. A representative of the pensioners also attends the meetings (without voting rights) in order to represent the interests of the pensioners.
